Didn’t cya yesterday at Starbucks, but it was a nice chill evening after the work shift. Nice weather, enjoyed coffee & worked on some new music. 

Got an email from my Sister letting me know that our Great Grand Mother ( Mamma-Re ) passed on over Christmas Eve Week. Her funeral was yesterday.. I’m doing what i imagine my Ma & Mamma-Re would be proud & happy to see. I feel that in everything i do & everywhere i go.. 

All of this change so rapidly is full of constant new moments, different spiritual opportunities & or choices.. Kinda like what those lyrics mean when it sings about “life in the fast lane” when you’re running with it, instead of into it or away from it.. Feels great to see with more clarity, focus, & appreciation, observing, enjoying life, free of judgments.

Everything is looking better & better..
